2011 Schools Cross Country Forms

This year's Schools Cross Country races are getting closer. They're at East Court on Sunday October 9th, with the girls' race starting at 2:00 and the boys' following at 2:30.
Below are the schools' entry forms for the races. The forms are in Microsoft Word format. To download, right click on the link below, select "Save Target As..." and save to your hard drive. Open it from there and print it out. Then send the completed form in with any payment to Jane Clark as requested in the letter she sent to you.
